Expert care for male infertility
Mr Oliver Wiseman is a Consultant Urologist and Andrologist who dedicates his practice to the investigation and surgical treatment of male infertility — with more than 1,000+ fertility operations performed.
You are not alone
Male factor is involved in around half of all fertility problems
Up to one in seven couples have difficulty conceiving, and a male factor contributes in roughly 50% of cases. Yet men are often bypassed in the work-up. A proper assessment can uncover a treatable cause, improve your chances of success, and occasionally reveal an important health condition — so the right diagnosis matters.

Sperm production is normal but a blockage prevents sperm reaching the semen — including after vasectomy or with CBAVD. Often very treatable.
Learn more →Vasectomy Reversal
Microsurgical reversal to restore the flow of sperm, offering a natural route to conception after a previous vasectomy.
Learn more →Surgical Sperm Retrieval
microTESE, PESA and TESE to find and collect sperm for use with IVF/ICSI — even in men told there was no hope.
